This website is operated by Pearls and Pretties. Our store in hosted on Shopify Inc.   They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Please refer to the Privacy page re collection of information.

RETURNS

I hope that you are happy with your purchase.  If, however, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return the item which must be in an unused condition.  For reasons of hygiene we cannot exchange or refund any earrings.   You are responsible for the return postage and recommend that items are returned via signed and tracked post.

When returning an item please include your name, address & order reference to the following address and reason for return.

If the item is faulty, please do the same listed above for returns and I will offer you a refund, exchange and replacement (where possible) and reimburse the postage.
